Our training courses are longer training sessions ranging from half a day to two days, and cover a range of wellbeing topics to help business leaders and champions to better support the health of their teams and themselves.

Manager Training
The aim of this one day course is to provide line managers with the skills, knowledge and practical tools to support their teams to develop self awareness, recognising the signs of stress, anxiety & depression and providing clear guidance on how to access professional support.

Champions Training
Champions Training has been created to provide delegates with the skills, knowledge and practical tools to support wellbeing at work. The role of a Champion is to support their colleagues across all areas of wellbeing (physical, mental, social and financial) through 1:2:1’s and sign-spotting and sign-posting.

Mental Health Awareness Training 
Our one day Mental Health Awareness Training provides delegates with a professional insight into Mental Health from both a clinical and therapeutic setting. This course is co-delivered by Ashleigh & Hannah who have a vast experience in working with individuals experiencing both neurotic and psychotic mental ill health.

Personal Wellbeing Training
Our half day Personal Wellbeing course covers all the essentials for looking after your personal health, fitness and wellbeing. The course is aimed at employees at all levels with the intention of creating self awareness and providing a range of practical takeaways.

Building Resilience
Never before has there been a greater need for both individual, team and organisational resilience. This half day training course provides a perfect balance between theory, diagnostic and practical application.
