Our wellbeing workshops are 60-90min engaging educational sessions on topics from all four pillars of wellbeing; Physical, Mental, Social and Financial Wellbeing. Each workshop is structured to identify the issues, how they affect us, the science behind them and strategies to make lasting health improvements.
